This virtual workshop will focus on understanding Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a common gastrointestinal disorder characterized by chronic abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and altered bowel habits. 

Symptoms: abdominal pain or cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea or and constipation.

This workshop will explore what IBS is and the factors that exacerbate it, like gut sensitivity, altered gut motility, dysbiosis (imbalance in gut bacteria), stress, and anxiety. We will look at how improving nutrition, movement, and lifestyle can help improve IBS.
